Terry E. James – President & Owner
Terry’s extensive background in real estate investing, construction, development, financial planning and mortgage financing enables JREG Construction and Development, LLC to incorporate comprehensive planning principles into its’ client construction and management practice. He began his career as a Licensed Financial Advisor and Registered Investment Advisor for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and UBS Financial Services. Since 2008, he has owned and operated James Real Estate Group, a real estate firm based in Bellevue, WA. He was previously the President/Owner of C.A.R.E. Lending LLC, a mortgage financing company, which was sold in late 2007. Terry has participated in over $500 million+ dollars in real estate transactions throughout his career and brings this wealth of experience to lead JREG Construction. Terry is a married father of two (Malakai and Maliyah), investor, homeowner and dedicated real estate builder/developer and real estate professional.
Russ Schoene – Lead Project Manager
Russ is a Project Manager for JREG Construction and Development, LLC. His background includes thirty years as a real estate investor, fourteen years as a real estate professional, ten years in the restaurant business, twelve years as a professional basketball player and ten years as a coach have ingrained a strong work ethic and the ability to successfully communicate and cooperate with others both individually and in a team setting. He has experience working with consumers and investors in all aspects of the construction process. Russ is a graduate of the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga with a degree in Business Marketing.
Sheree James, Design Consultant
Sheree comes from a family who has spent a lifetime in the real estate business, so you could say that “real estate is in her blood.” Sheree previously served as a licensed real estate agent and professional staging for the James Real Estate Group for many years. With Sheree’s ability to speak multiple languages, her keen eye for design, her strong work ethic and her passion for helping others, Sheree brings a wealth of resources to JREG Construction and Development. After graduating from the Pacific Lutheran University with a degree in Spanish and Secondary Education, Sheree was a High School Spanish teacher for several years. After leaving education to start a family, Sheree is also hard at work raising her two children (Malakai and Maliyah).
Robert Brown, Director of Business Development
Robert’s extensive experience with real estate, new construction and leadership enables JREG Construction and Development to provide our clients with transparent management of their construction expansion and remodel projects. Leadership has long been a part of Robert’s life. He learned the sacrifices of leadership as a young NCO in the US Army. After his time serving our country, he embarked on a successful career in real estate finance with Washington Mutual and First Horizon. He successfully transitioned from the finance side of real estate to working for the top luxury builder in the US. Robert served as Sales Consultant and Community Sales Manager with Toll Brothers Homes where he learned the most up to date building procedures and home design trends. He has participated in over $400+ million dollars in real estate transactions throughout his career and leans on this reservoir of knowledge and experience to enhance client process and experience for JREG Construction clients and partners.
